Shipping expenses

Shipping expenses in Germany:
Advance payment (bank transfer or credit card*):
Consignment up to 2 kg: 4,95 EUR
Consignment up to 31,5 kg: 6,95 EUR
Consignment more than 31,5 kg real costs.

Cash on delivery (COD):
Same as advance payment, but in addition to 8,50 EUR - only within Germany!

Shipping expenses in Europe (EU):
Consignment only with advance payment (bank transfer or credit card*):
Consignment up to 500 g: 7,49 EUR
Consignment up to 1000 g: 10,49 EUR
Consignment up to 2000 g: 17,95 EUR
Consignment up to 500g: 19,95 kg
Consignment more than 5000 g real costs.

We ask our commercial clients to please e-mail their sales tax identification number or post it in the order's remark area, prior to ordering. Once the Tax ID is verified, consignment will be made, less VAT. We cannot refund Taxes.


Shipping expenses outside Europe (Non-EU):
Consignment only with advance payment (bank transfer or credit card*):
Consignment up to 10 kg: 49,95 EUR
Consignment more than 10 kg real costs.

The delivery outside a country of the EU is made VAT-free (prices less 19% VAT).
In principle cash remittance per post is not possible !

Customers from Switzerland and Norway have to pay additional taxes. We have no influence on these taxes, they are not refundable.

*We accept Master Card and VISA.

How is my order consigned ?

All deliveries are being mailed. If you cannot receive the parcel in person, you will have to pick up the shipment at your local post office.

Sale or return
HQ-LEDs accepts the return of merchandise within a two weeks-period from delivery. To comply with the terms, proof of an approach to return in due time suffices. The return of component parts or rather component assemblies ( for example LED ) which are specially packaged to protect against electrostatic discharge is accepted only if the products are still in their unopened original packing. Products manufactured to the client specification, and products which cannot be returned due to their nature are excluded from the cancellation of an order.

Consignment only with advance payment.
Our price-calculations are designed to provide our customers with best pricing possible. They do not include risk of financial losses. Therefore we must insist on advance payment or C.o.D.
