The data protection is a serious contemporary issue for us. So the abidence by the Data Protection Act is a matter of course right now. In addition we would like to describe in which way we use your data and why we think that you can feel confident about their protection.

What are personal data?
Personal data are all informations about the user or user's behaviour. Those informations include your name, your address, your telephon number and of course your order data in conjunction with your name. Any anonymous data like the number of visitors on our sites are not parts of personal data.

Where are personal data gathered?
If you make an online order on our sites, you will give us your personal informations in conjunction with your order. Your personal data then will be recorded in a protected area within a restricted entry only for the labour of our company. This area is protected by a firewall, a safety system against attacks and unauthorised access'.

Do we refer personal data to a third party?
In standard practice we do not refer personal data to a third party. We do not sell personal data to advertising agencies and there is no cooperation between us and any abovementioned company. We appreciate the confidence you put on us, and we will continue using your personal data within high diligence.

What are cookies?
We use cookies to carry out the order in the online-shop. Cookies are small textfiles. We use them to save informations on your computer. Cookies are not executable files, and by their nature they are not able to attack or damage your computer system like a virus can do.
